A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. We require a minimum 120 hours notice prior to arrival for cancellations, cancellations before will receive a full refund. If stay is cancelled within 120 hrs to stay a 50% charge will be incurred and the rest returned to customer.

Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with prior approval from the front desk. The office closes at 7 PM in the winter and 8 PM in the summer. Please call the office early to receive instructions for late arrival.

Cabins are fully furnished and include linens, bath and spa towels, basic dishes, and satellite TV.

Smoking of any substance is not permitted in any cabin. A fee of $250 will be assessed for anyone smoking in a cabin. Smoking outside of the cabins is not permitted in any area where second-hand smoke would interfere with the relaxation and enjoyment of other guests.

Pets are permitted in some cabins for an additional fee. Dogs must remain on leashes when outside the cabins for the safety of all guests.

One vehicle is permitted per cabin. Additional vehicle/trailer parking is available upon request. 

Wifi is available in the restaurant via a satellite service. Individual cabins do not have wifi. The wifi password will be provided at check-in.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No outside activity (including hot tubs) is permitted during quiet hours.

Guests of renters must leave by 10 PM.

Hot tub maintenance is provided between 8 AM and 10 AM. For health and safety, a maintenance person will inspect and attend to the hot tub during those hours but will otherwise not interfere with your stay. Food, drinks in glass containers, and other substances are not allowed in the hot tubs. If excessive maintenance is required due to a violation of this policy or the hot tub must be drained in order to clean it, an additional charge of $35 will be incurred.

Jackson County does not permit any open fires in the area.
