Built soon after the Hyatt Lake recreation area opened, the Hyatt Lake Resort Restaurant has been serving the Cascades’ favorite local dishes since 1960. The Hyatt Lake Resort Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner to locals and visitors alike with views of the lake that are unmatched.

We're located right in the middle of one of the most peaceful and family-friendly lakes you'll ever see. The Hyatt Lake Resort Restaurant is a favorite place for travelers to eat, visit with friends & family, and to recommend to anyone asking for the best place to eat at Hyatt Lake. We're known across the map for our hospitality, great service, generous portions, and good prices!
Our chefs cook everything to order and are pleasing people with their delicious homestyle cooking & gracious service. Of course the coffee's hot and the soda and beer are cold!
